When I have had complex orders that ran into trouble due to issues outside of this store's control, they have been very good about communicating with me and looking up inventory at other locations so I could get the boots I needed. Great pants too, and they are very chill about women buying men's boots or pants, no side-eye about that like some places. There is NOT a public restroom here, disregard the idiot who left a bad review because of that.
