Store is awesome! Store manager Ricky was very helpful, it's nice to see store managers working with customers because most sprint stores I've been to they just hang in the back. I also worked with a rep named Liam. Nothing but GREAT service from Liam, he helped me out getting my new iPhone while you could tell he genuinely cared about my visit. I didn't work with Chris on my visit but he was keeping me entertained while Liam transferred my info. Great staff!

Very bad customer service. No respect , don't know how behave. The guy there was eating right in front. Forget the employee had a bad experience with Sprint itself... Money grabber.
