Within this window, a received a phone call letting me know they would be arriving within 15 minutes, and they arrived within this time! Polite, professional and considerate of my personal space. The delivery men were wonderful. They placed the chair were I wanted it. They left no packing material behind... I GREAT experience. I will shop Rotmans first for my next piece.
