Very happy with their choices, prices and installation. Customer service was wonderful, very helpful and patient. We used them for tiling and carpeting. It came out beautiful. Thank you! - Leslie

To Whom it May Concern, I would like to inform you that I spoke with your female receptionist this afternoon with some questions about floor pricing. By the third time I had explained myself she was able to understand what information I was looking for. The information I was looking for was the labor cost per square foot to install a floating floor. I informed the lady that I was not looking for anyone to install the floor I was only looking for the labor cost so I could accurately bill my landlord. The length of the conversation we had over the phone was two minutes and 12 seconds long, I had to look back at my phone log to verify. The woman I spoke with was rude, disrespectful and anything but helpful. I could sense her frustration from the very beginning of the conversation largely due to her not understanding the information I was seeking. To abruptly end the conversation she informed me she did not have time for me due to the fact another customer was standing in front of her and then she hung up the phone on me. The actions of the woman you have chosen to represent your company is anything but friendly or efficient (taken from your website) and in my opinion deserves immediate attention. Before placing the phone call to your establishment I had already anticipated some hard feelings because I was not going to use your company to install the flooring. At no point during the conversation did she contemplate to herself that I am planning on buying a house in the next year and the amount of business that could have generated for your company. Furthermore one of the best marketing tools for a company is word of mouth. I guess in your case word of mouth may not be such a good thing. I can only imagine if she can treat me the way she did this afternoon then I am not the only one that has fallen victim to her horrible demeanor.
