  Customer service, well service of any kind is awful. Bought the stove two years ago, the tech they sent to set it up after it had been professionally installed was completely incompetent. After just 3 days, the stove would not feed pellets, I called and told them something was wrong with the auger, the tech came back and tried to tell me my motor reversed polarity and was spinning in the opposite direction (impossible, electric motors don't just change polarity). After a long back and forth and the removal of the motor, it turned out the auger welds snapped. Anyway, two years later, my fire pot burns out and will no longer hold pellets (which is fine, these things tend to happen). I go in to purchase a new pot, and I see their stove is running way better than mine ever has, so I asked if they could come take a look at it. She wanted to charge me $350 for a job they should have done properly the first time!!!! Bottom line, they do not stand by their product and dealing with them has been awful since day one! Luckily I found someone to come look at my stove at a reasonable price, and it has never run so well.

  I came to Enchanted Fireside to buy an insert for my fireplace. They had a wide range of options, and the installation was friendly and flawless. I've had the insert three years now, with Fireside doing the annual cleanings, and I am very happy with them. Customer service is excellent.
