  Made two purchase this evening. Eddie Jackson was an awesome salesperson. Friendly, courteous, and professional, he went out of his way to stay late to finish my sale transaction. He even honored a sale price I was quoted earlier in the day, despite the sale signs being taken down before I returned to the store to purchase that evening. Esther helped us as well, and was equally pleasant and helpful. Great service & great prices, I'll definitely be a return customer.

  I had a very pleasant experience working with Chris who work in the outlet department at the Worcester Mass location. He greeted me as I came in. When I found something I was interested in he help me measure my selection and was able to make sure it was going to fit into my SUV before I went ahead completing my purchase. Chris had also greeted other potential customers as they enter the area. And assisted them in a timely manner you don't find that too many places these days. Also, when I had to go to the back to pick up my purchase the gentleman there are also very helpful and pleasant. The only thing that I did not like about going there was there were for other employees sitting on their ass playing on their phones well one gentleman did all the work. I even tried to get one of their attention for some help when none of them could take the noses out of their phone, Chris was right there to answer all of my questions I had. You should hire more people like him and not like the other ones that play on their phones and don't care about potential customers that's bad for business. When I do go back to that location again to complete I set that I purchased I will make sure I see Chris and Chris only.
